The Shikshaintel platform, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is and will remain the exclusive property of Shikshaintel. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Shikshaintel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Rajasthan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
